You ring, we pick up
A plumber answers, not a switchboard. Describe what’s happening and we’ll tell you whether it needs somebody now or whether it can wait until morning.
Barnsley & the villages · 24/7
The worst part of booking a plumber isn’t the job — it’s waiting in all day, then being told the part has to be ordered. We come stocked, we agree a window, and we finish what we start.
Four boxes and we’ll ring you back to sort a time.
How it goes
This is the whole process. There isn’t a hidden fifth step where we disappear for a week.
A plumber answers, not a switchboard. Describe what’s happening and we’ll tell you whether it needs somebody now or whether it can wait until morning.
A window you can plan around. If we’re running behind you get a phone call, not silence and a wasted afternoon.
Valves, traps, tap sets, fittings, flexis and the common boiler parts all on board. Most jobs get finished on the visit.
We look, we explain, we give you a number. If something unexpected shows up we stop and talk to you first.
What we come out for
Big or small, same van and same plumber. Not sure which one yours is? Ring and describe it.
The one that can’t wait. Stopped, traced and repaired properly rather than patched over.
Repairs, servicing and installs. Combi, system or heat-only, plus cylinders where a house needs one.
Full fits from bare walls, or one shower swapped over. Both get the same first fix.
Cleared, then we find out why it blocked so you’re not ringing again in a fortnight.
New rads, moved rads, and cold ones diagnosed properly instead of just bled and hoped for.
The small stuff. Half of it gets done on the same visit because the parts are already in the van.
Ring and we'll tell you straight when we can be there. No vague windows, no waiting in all day.
Why the van matters
Most “we’ll have to come back” visits aren’t difficult jobs. They’re ordinary jobs where the right fitting wasn’t on board.

Copied word for word from customer reviews. Nothing rewritten, nothing polished up.
Had a great experience and would 100% recommend! We had a leak in our washer and a previous leak under the bathroom sink. The team was able to address both issues and also caught a small leak in our washer hose that could have caused problems later. You can tell they put a lot of honesty and care into their work. We’ve had our fair share of bad plumber experiences, but with them, we really appreciated how we were shown the root of each problem and kept informed throughout. They also made sure to test everything multiple times to ensure the issues were fully resolved.

Where we come out to
Town centre, the Dearne villages, the Penistone side and everything between. The van carries the common parts, so most jobs get finished on the visit rather than booked in for a second one.

FAQs
That we come to you with the parts already on board. The van carries valves, traps, tap sets, flexis, fittings and the boiler parts that fail most often, so the majority of jobs get finished on the visit rather than turning into “I’ll order that and come back Tuesday”.
A window, and a phone call if we’re running behind it. Nobody should have to write off a full day waiting in for a plumber.
Yes, 24 hours, seven days a week, bank holidays included. It rings through to a plumber rather than an answering service that takes a message and passes it on in the morning.
Yes. Boiler work, gas connections, servicing and safety checks are all carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer, and you’re welcome to ask for the card at the door.
We look at it, explain what’s involved and give you a price before starting. If we open something up and find more than expected, we stop and have a conversation rather than adding it to the bill quietly.
Ring us and say so straight away — it moves you up the list. In the meantime, if there’s a shut-off valve under the sink or on the pipe feeding whatever is leaking, that will often isolate it on its own.
All of it, plus the villages — Cudworth, Royston, Darton, Mapplewell, Dodworth, Penistone, Silkstone, Wombwell, Hoyland, Elsecar, Darfield, Goldthorpe and Thurnscoe among them.
Yes. Old suites, boilers, rads and packaging go on the van when we leave, and the floor gets swept before we go.
Both. Full bathrooms from ripping the old suite out through to sealing the last edge, including the first fix behind the plasterboard that nobody ever sees but everybody feels when it goes wrong.
Yes — gas safety checks and certificates, plus repairs between tenancies. Handy if you’re managing a property from the other end of the country.
